Reach Plus is a training, coaching and consulting company consisting of two business partners with related experience of over 20 years.  The company was formed to combine the skills, knowledge and experience of the partners to deliver high quality business, learning and development solutions to businesses in the UK.

We believe in nurturing people and organisations regardless of size, number, location or industry, to help them become the best they can be.  Our consultants’ knowledge, experience and personalities are matched to you and your organisation to ensure the optimum results.

Reach Plus operates as an ‘Ethical Company’ which means a percentage of all income generated by sales to businesses is used to provide training and coaching services on life skills topics to young people in Scotland. The Reach Plus Foundation provides life skills such as goal setting, interviewing skills and assertive communication as well as other bespoke topics for each group. Reach Plus Foundation delivers this training through partnerships with youth organisations and charities supporting young people.

Vickie de Vries is a highly experienced consultant and trainer with over 20 years of related success. Vickie has an infectious enthusiasm, energy and a passion for the design, development, delivery and evaluation of training solutions aimed at improving behaviour at all levels in any organisation.

Vickie has successfully completed consultancy and learning and development projects in management and leadership development, employee engagement, team development, sales development and customer service excellence in many sectors including food and beverage, financial services, logistics, construction, local and national government in the UK and UAE.

Linda Dick:  Partner, Reach Plus

Linda Dick previously worked in a corporate environment for many years which involved leading, managing and stretching large teams to reach their full potential.  Both in growing the business and personal development.

Linda has also worked for a top listed Public Limited Consultancy Company as a management consultant and coach, specialising in Business Process Improvement, Change Management, Recruitment and Selection and Executive Coaching.  This is where she started her Journey and became interested in Transformational Coaching and Measurable Business Consultancy.

Linda was trained in the Kaizen Methodology by a Japanese top 10 company and saw the amazing results that could be achieved and sustained, it became a process and culture that she took into her corporate life with huge success.

Linda’s strengths are being able to inspire and motivate others to achieve their aspirations that help them lead a fulfilled, balanced and purposeful life.  She is results focused and works tirelessly to continuously improve business performance.
