Assertive Communication

Assertive Communication is a key life and business skill. Assertiveness can help you build and maintain relationships, and have the confidence to face challenging and difficult situations.

This half day workshop considers the three main behaviour types with particular emphasis on difficult situations as it is these areas that assertiveness is hard to achieve. The workshop takes a holistic view and introduces the delegate to the knowledge, skills and attitude required to effectively and confidently communicate at any level for trust, motivation and growth.

Time Management is a key skill required by all in the workplace. There is no magic spell to make it better, and it takes time to become more effective at managing your time. The first step is recognising where you can improve.

This 2 hour workshop is a practical approach to time management that covers some of the most common time traps in the workplace and some tips to minimise their impact on your effectiveness.

Sales Skills

Sales are key activities involved in selling products or services in return for money or other compensation. All organisations need people with effective sales skills in order for their organisation to succeed and grow.

This two day course is a practical approach to sales skills that covers the basic elements of the sales negotiation process. The course takes a holistic view of sales at a normal level and introduces the delegate to the fundamental knowledge, skills and attitude required to behave effectively and confidently manage any sales negotiation to a great result.

Stand Up.Stand Out

This one day program aims to facilitate young people aged from 15-18, in education, to develop goals, achieve their aspirations and to get ready for their next step, be it more education or the workplace.

Throughout the day they will take part in several workshops that look at different ways to express themselves for who they are whilst maintaining a level of professionalism.

There are also two workshops to help them start on the journey discovering their goals and how to motivate themselves to achieve them.
